Discovering the hidden source of your pain

Asymmetry is normal. In fact, we’re all asymmetrical – we all have a Left AIC which is crucial to our movement. But being too far from “neutral” can be a source of pain. That’s why I’m on a mission to help you build resolve, restoration and resilience.

Hi, I'm Ben!

I have been – and still am – continuously striving to learn and develop, beginning with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science before a Master’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology. Among an extensive list of training and specialised education, the knowledge I’ve gained from PRI and its framework led me to specialise in the relationship between pain and the biomechanics of breathing.

I have been - and still am - continuously striving to learn and develop.

My education and extensive training have shaped my approach to care, ensuring that every service is deeply informed by evidence-based practices and an understanding of the human body.

Resolve

Pain & injury

Focusing on the biomechanics of breathing, we will work together to resolve injuries and relieve pain. This begins with building strength and improving your range of movement, leading to a better quality of life for you.

Restore

Energy

Focusing on the biomechanics of breathing, we will work together to resolve injuries and relieve pain. This begins with building strength and improving your range of movement, leading to a better quality of life for you. With scientifically proven techniques, we’ll establish breathwork that reduces your mental and physical fatigue while helping restore optimal energy so you feel stronger, more alert and happier moving forward.

Resilience

Mental & physical

Over time, we’ll establish strong breathing patterns which will help you unlock your full movement potential. This ultimately allows you to achieve more resilience both mentally and physically, reducing risk of fatigue or injury in the future.

Building global awareness

The Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) is doing incredible work to help explain the science of postural adaptations and provide a comprehensive framework for innovative approaches to treatment.

Their efforts are invaluable in bringing attention to an important but often underrecognised field of care.
